Dear Allen Transmission,
I am a recent widow and my husband took care of all our car maintenance and problems. I recently was having a problem with my 02 Nissan Maxima. I kept hearing a clicking noise and my engine light was on. A friend recommended me to your shop because I didn't know where to go. Everyone at the shop was so kind and patient with me. They explained what might be wrong with the vehicle and kept in touch with me with information every step of the way. Luckily it was only an axle, brakes and a tune-up needed. It's been more then 2 weeks and the vehicle drives very nicely. If I have any more problems I will be back.

Saved Me Money
Took my car to the dealer they said it was a transmission problem an wanted to charge $3200.00 dollars. I thought I would get competitive pricing. They told me at Austin Transmission that it was shifting bad due to the air sensor and it was fixed!!!! 145.00 dollars and it was fixed. Thank you Jeff for being honest considering I was just hoping for a better transmission price.
